Horangi Named 2021 AWS ISV Partner of the Year – ASEAN

Horangi today announced that it has received the 2021 Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner of the Year award for ASEAN. The award recognizes Horangi’s performance and commitment to helping customers in Southeast Asia drive innovation on AWS.

Singapore/Jakarta, Indonesia — Horangi, a Singapore-headquartered cybersecurity company which provides solutions optimized for cloud-based organizations across Southeast Asia, today announced that it has received the 2021 Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner of the Year award for ASEAN. The award recognizes Horangi’s performance and commitment to helping customers in Southeast Asia drive innovation on AWS.

Announced during the annual AWS Partner Summit, the 2021 AWS ISV Partner of the Year award for ASEAN recognizes Horangi’s AWS capabilities and specializations acquired over the past year. This award is a testament to Horangi’s ability to leverage AWS cloud services and consistently build capabilities that bolster customer success.

“Horangi receiving the 2021 AWS ISV Partner of the Year award for ASEAN now is timely, given the ongoing digital transition that is accelerating the growth of cloud-first business models in Southeast Asia. AWS cloud services form the backbone of Horangi’s innovation and solution offerings, and this award acknowledges Horangi’s clear focus on scaling our Warden cloud security platform and cybersecurity services to deliver strong business outcomes for our clients,” said Paul Hadjy, CEO and Co-Founder at Horangi. “Our close collaboration with AWS has enabled us to take advantage of go-to-market initiatives provided by the AWS ISV Accelerate Program and reach new customers through AWS Marketplace. We are excited to continue this productive collaboration and add new security and compliance capabilities for our customers across a wide range of industries.”

“At AWS ASEAN, we consider our partners to be an extension of our team. Never has this shared obsession with serving our customers been more visible than over the last twelve months, where we have seen so many ASEAN partners go above and beyond on behalf of our customers,” said Conor McNamara, Managing Director, AWS ASEAN. “The AWS ASEAN Partner Awards is an opportunity for us to recognize the exceptional contributions of AWS Partners from across ASEAN. We are humbled by the collective commitment of our partner community and congratulate all award winners on this well-deserved recognition.”

This award milestone comes as Horangi updates its flagship cloud security solution, Warden, with real-time threat detection capabilities that can help customers respond quicker to security incidents. Horangi was also recently one of the first Asia Pacific (APAC) companies to obtain the AWS Security Competency and to offer cybersecurity services in AWS Marketplace. This strong business momentum in the region, highlighted by the addition of clients in 2020 such as Direct Asia, NTUC Income, and Openspace Ventures, is capped off with Horangi's latest induction into the Accreditation @SGD Programme by Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).
