Horangi Warden Mentioned as a CSPM Vendor in Gartner’s DevSecOps Report 2023

Gartner’s latest report ‘How to Select DevSecOps Tools for Secure Software Delivery’ talks about integrating developer-friendly security tools into your DevOps pipeline, where our product Warden is mentioned as a sample Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tool.

We are thrilled to announce Horangi’s recent mention in Gartner’s report on How to Select DevSecOps Tools for Secure Software Delivery 2023 as a sample vendor for Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM). This is the fourth consecutive mention of Warden in Gartner’s security reports. So far, Warden has been listed in the Gartner’s Emerging Technologies & Trends Impact on Products and Services July 2022 report, along with two consecutive mentions in the Market Guide for Compliance Automation Tools in DevOps as a sample vendor for Cloud Infrastructure Entitlements Management (CIEM)

Horangi Warden enables enterprises to innovate in the cloud at the speed of DevOps and reduce the complexity of securing multi-cloud environments. It brings automation, speed, and scale that quickly address key cloud security challenges including Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Identities and Entitlements Management (CIEM), real-time Threat Detection and response, and Compliance Automation with audit-ready custom reports.

In 2022, Warden helped to identify and resolve more than 1.6 million misconfigurations of critical & high severity, which if exploited could have resulted in severe operational and business impact for those organizations. With over 285,000 scans across cloud environments in various industries, the platform found a new misconfiguration on average every 8 seconds - including more than 10,000 critical ones across key cloud resources.

Customers like Gojek, VGI Digital Labs, Totech Group, and Bank Islam have utilized Warden to achieve a 10x faster compliance audit, an 80% reduction in IaaS risks, and full asset discovery and management in just 10 minutes by leveraging Horangi’s deep expertise in cloud security posture management and regulatory challenges unique to the Asia region.

Recently, Horangi Warden partnered with Bank Islam to launch BeU, a fully cloud-native digital banking application. Horangi eased their compliance journey to achieve a faster go-to-market launch with Warden’s out-of-the-box 520+ cloud security rules and 25+ compliance benchmarks. BeU leveraged Warden to enable their customers access to an easy-to-use financial solution.

Paul Hadjy, CEO and Co-founder, Horangi said, “The Gartner DevSecOps report lists the tools used to secure cloud-native applications during development and in production and we are honored to be mentioned as a sample CSPM tool. Horangi's vision to support the DevSecOps pipeline with a robust CSPM platform ensures continuous visibility across all cloud resources from a single console. Warden helps you prioritize the most critical vulnerabilities and delivers quick and easy remediation, integrating seamlessly into your existing Security and DevOps workflow, making it a developer-friendly software. Our focus for 2023 will be on further improving the experience of securing cloud applications by integrating workload protection into the platform and showing users which vulnerabilities are actually introducing risks in order to overcome alert fatigue.”
